Pizza Chef Giovanni Adinolfi, with 18 years of experience, is one of Europe’s foremost pizza chefs and has worked most recently on the French Riviera. In the World Pizza Championship held annually in Italy, Adinolfi finished in 6th place in 2007 and in 5th place in 2008.
Pizza Nostra was his first appointment in the United States. His specialty was serving authentic Neapolitan thin crust pizza and regional Italian dishes.
Our current Chef, Dario Castillo, with 13 years of experience, worked with Giovanni from the beginning and continues to make the authentic Neapolitan thin crust pizzas and Italian dishes.
