Pizza chef Giovanni Adinolfi, with 18 years of experience, is one of Europe’s foremost pizza chefs and has worked most recently on the French Riviera. In the World Pizza Championship held annually in Italy, Adinolfi finished in 6th place in 2007 and in 5th place in 2008.

Pizza Nostra will be his first appointment in the United States. His specialty is serving authentic Neapolitan thin crust pizza and regional Italian dishes.
